Reading Plan Update Issue - (RESOLVED IN 5/28/13 APP UPDATE)

Our software developers have resolved this issue in another update to theses apps ( Please update the app through the App Store on your iOS device to resolve the issue.


There was an issue found with the Reading Plan update process in the version of the iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch app. This version was only released on a few of the Olive Tree apps: NIV, NKJV and Original Languages Olive Tree apps.


This bug caused Reading Plan(s) to not update, and become stuck in a non-functional state (trying to upgrade every time you access it). 


If you update the app through the App Store, and you are still experiencing difficulty updating your reading plan, please follow the steps below to send in your diagnostic data: 


    Open the Olive Tree app on your iOS device

    Select Settings from the toolbar (A* icon)

    Select Advanced Options

    Scroll to the bottom of the screen, and select Bible+ diagnostics

    Select 'Email Diagnostic Info'

    Send the email it generates to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

    Please include a description of your issue at the top of this email. ("Reading Plan keeps updating since the last update. I updated the App to and am still experiencing difficulty with the reading plan update," etc.)
