For example, if you are studying John 3:16 and you open the Resource Guide, BibleReader will list
from enhanced resources that otherwise would not be linked to John 3:16 but that have direct bearing on this verse. BibleReader's built-in intelligence assists you in Bible study by providing smart links to information in enhanced resources in one easy-to-use location, thus reducing what could have been hours of research on your part to the few seconds it takes to tap a link in the Resource Guide! Why do my iTunes purchases not show up in my Olive Tree account? If you have already attempted this and encountered a problem, you can forward your iTunes confirmation email to support@olivetree.com as proof of purchase so we can manually add the product to your Olive Tree account. How do I get a refund for my olivetree.com purchased product? How do I get a refund for my iTunes account purchased product? This link will open up your iTunes software on your computer and prompt you to login to your iTunes account. Select the application from the list provided, and then on their “Report a Problem” page (which can also be accessed from your Purchase History screen), you will see a drop down box allowing you to select the appropriate issue. Because the product was purchased from iTunes we unfortunately do not have access to their accounting or have a record of this transaction. Unlike purchases from our website, your purchase is governed by your agreement with iTunes, so we cannot guarantee that they will give a refund. Why can’t I download or see certain products from my iPad Library that I have on my iPhone or iPod Touch? For example, as of December 2010: New American Bible (NAB), Bible Knowledge Commentary (BKC), Wiersbe Expository Outlines, Spanish and Portuguese NVI, Dutch Het Boek, New Arabic Version Bible. Although you may see a title in your Olive Tree account, the reason you would not be able to see it either from your iPad or from a computer browser with “iPad” selected as your device when you can or have it on your iPhone/iPod Touch is because that title is one of only nine that we are still in negotiations with the publisher for iPad access. The majority of our titles are now available on the iPad. We hope to be able to offer all products that are available on the iPhone and iPod Touch for the iPad in the future. Once we have permissions for that title, you will be able to see if from within your iPad BibleReader to download from Books in your Olive Tree account.
