BlackBerry—BibleReader 4: Quick Start Guide

BlackBerry Over-The-Air Installation Instructions
If you haven’t already installed the BibleReader program on your phone, please point your device’s browser to www.olivetree.com/m.

Download the current reader for your platform. The website should automatically determine your device, but if not choose the appropriate platform from the list (e.g. Blackberry, Blackberry Storm).

Once installed, then please reboot your device.

Once your BibleReader program is installed please select the icon to open it.

Touch the menu button and select Library from the menu.
Select My Online Bookshelf from the resulting menu.
Select Olive Tree Account.
Enter your username and password as prompted.
You should now see a list of your purchased Olive Tree products that are compatible with your platform. Please select one to download it into your reader.

To install free items, please select Browse Online Bookstore from the Library menu.

BIBLEREADER MENU OPTIONS

Library
Within BibleReader, tap on your menu button to access your Library options.

Bookshelf—To list and open installed titles

Browse Online Book Store—To view titles available for purchase from olivetree.com and to download and install Free Books.

My Online Bookshelf—Select Olive Tree account and enter Olive Tree username and password to download or re-download registered purchases from Olive Tree website. You can also select Olive Tree newsletter to sign up to receive our newsletter for information about new titles, updates, and what’s going on at Olive Tree.

Verse
Within BibleReader, tap on your menu button to access your Verse Chooser menu to select the book, chapter and verse desired.

Search
Within BibleReader, tap on your menu button to access your Search option.
Enter your search text; change search options if needed; tap Search button.

Add
Within BibleReader, tap on your menu button to Add a Bookmark or Copy Verse.

Bkmk
Within BibleReader, tap on your menu button to view your Bookmarks list.

Exit
Within BibleReader, tap on your menu button to properly close out your BibleReader application.

Switch
Within BibleReader, tap on your menu button to Switch to another Blackberry application (e.g. internet, email) and still keep BibleReader open.

Options
Within BibleReader, tap on your menu button to access setting options for: Fonts, Colors, Strong’s Numbers, Scrolling, to display Shortcut key options, and to set Verse on New Line.

More
Within BibleReader, tap on your menu button to access History screens (Back and Forward) and to display Copyright and BibleReader version information.
