iPadBibleReader 4: Quick Start Guide
iPad Installation Instructions
PLEASE NOTE: BibleReader 5 is coming soon. If you already have a 4.x BibleReader app installed (particularly a 4.12.4 app), you will be notified via the iTunes App Store when an upgrade to that reader is available for free to download.
If you haven’t installed the BibleReader program already, you can install the free program via iTunes:

- Once the program is on your device, please reboot it, then open the BibleReader program.
- Tap the screen (to display toolbars) and select Library from the upper toolbar.
- Select My Account; this is in the bottom toolbar of the Library screen.
- Scroll to the bottom of the product list and hit "Synchronize books with your Olive Tree account" to enter your username and password.
- You should now see a list of your Olive Tree products that are compatible with your iPhone/iPod Touch, please select one to download it into your reader.
To browse free items, please select "Store" from the bottom tabs of the Library screen on the iPhone/iPod Touch; then scroll down to Free Books.

Library
Select Library (books icon) from top toolbar to view installed titles.
- CategoriesTo display and/or filter titles by category.
- StoreTitles available for purchase or free download. Note: To buy products, app must have in-app purchase feature. Purchases will be made from iTunes (not Olive Tree) using your iTunes account.
- My AccountScroll down to Use Synchronize books with Olive Tree account option to register iTunes purchases that are in that reader, and to download previous purchases already registered to your Olive Tree account.
Verse Chooser
From top toolbar, select desired: book, chapter and/or verse. Ebooks such as commentaries and dictionaries may include Table of Contents option.
Add (+) To add bookmark, note, copy verse, highlight>br>
From Bible text, tap on screen and select Add (+) from lower toolbar.
Select Add Bookmark or Add Note
From selected verse number link, you can tap on a Bible verse number and select option to either: Add Bookmark, Add Note, Copy Verse or Highlight Verse.
Search
In top toolbar, on right side, tap search field and type in search text (e.g. prayer), selecting either All, OT (Old Testament), or NT (New Testament).
Tap Advanced Search dots (...) for additional search options, including Greek/Hebrew option.
Settings
Tap on Settings icon (gear image) in upper right toolbar to select and change font size, format, and additional settings (...) for Font, Color, Scrolling, Split Window, etc.
