Olive Tree at ETS and AAR/SBL – Hebrew Updates, Collection Discounts

We will be at the ETS and AAR/SBL conferences coming up in the middle of November in San Diego. If you're planning on visiting either of these shows, be sure to stop by our booth. We have some exciting new releases we'd like to share with you, as well as show discounts available on some of our select collections – we'll be selling CDs at our booth this year, so stop by and see what we have.

The new releases we will be announcing while we are in San Diego include the following:
  • Much improved Hebrew font rendering using a new Unicode font and corresponding database update. Existing users can download this update (once it is released) from their Personal Library on our site. Olive Tree has been working with several publishers to locate and make available the Bible in as many languages as possible. Many of these Bibles are being released for free, and can be easily downloaded to a mobile device. Some of the languages we recently released translations for are:

User Tip - maximize text window

Palm and Pocket PC Users, if you use the split screen feature of the BibleReader, then there is a new icon you will be glad to know about: "Toggle Maximize Text Window." You can add this icon to the customizable toolbar, under the Preferences for the BibleReader. Then, when you have a split screen, you can easily enlarge any one of the screens to the full window size. Just tap on the screen to make it active, then tap on the Toggle Maximize Text Window icon, and the active window will fill the screen. To return to your split screen set-up, just tap the icon again.

Just look for this icon on your toolbar:
