This new translation, the Swedish Bibel 2000, is the third official translation used in churches throughout Sweden. The first two Bible translations in the Swedish language were printed in 1541 and 1917. Since 1973, more than 100 scholars have worked on the new Swedish 2000 translation. This translation comes with notes to the biblical text, hyperlinked for easy access while reading.
For Palm, Windows Mobile/Pocket PC, and Symbian, this Bible translation comes with a dictionary that is hyperlinked and can be easily accessed from the Bible text.
Note: The dictionary that accompanies the Swedish Bibel 2000 is not yet available for BibleReader 4.0 platforms (iPhone and BlackBerry). When the dictionary is available, users who have previously purchased this product will be able to download it free of charge from their Personal Library.
