Discover and apply GOD'S WORD daily.
"God's word is a living book, a personal book—alive with new insights and new truths that God wants you to discover and apply to your life right now. . . . You'll be amazed by what you read—and you'll be encouraged, empowered, and filled with hope."—from the introduction by Wayne Rice
GOD'S WORD for Students is a daily devotional Bible that guides teenagers through the Bible in a year. Each of the 365 daily devotional readings focuses on a short passage from the larger daily reading, providing application and prayer suggestions for teenagers.
Additionally, GOD'S WORD for Students includes a fast-track reading plan of 100 readings that provide an overview of the Bible and its message.
Throughout the Bible are 1,000 Life Track Notes that focus on topics of interest to teens, including peer pressure, sex, decision making, and following Christ. An index of these notes provides handy access for specific questions.
Each book of the Bible also has a brief introduction that provides highlights of the book.
GOD'S WORD for Students was developed by a team of leading youth ministry professionals from around the world, led by Wayne Rice, one of the foremost experts on teenage ministry. Rice is the founder of the Understanding Your Teenager seminars, cofounder of Youth Specialties, and author of more than 30 books on issues of parenting and teenagers.
