⁵ Then I acknowledged my sin to you
    and did not cover up my iniquity.^(F)
I said, “I will confess^(G)
    my transgressions^(H) to the Lord.”
And you forgave
    the guilt of my sin.^(I)

⁶ Therefore let all the faithful pray to you
    while you may be found;^(J)
surely the rising^(K) of the mighty waters^(L)
    will not reach them.^(M)
7 You are my hiding place;^(N)
    you will protect me from trouble^(O)
    and surround me with songs of deliverance.^(P)
