Wendy Widder (PhD, Near Eastern Studies, University of the Free State in South Africa) is the author of several books, including Living Whole without a Better Half and two commentaries on the book of Daniel. She is a freelance editor and a teacher, and in addition to her PhD has an MA from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and an MDiv from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. Wendy's greatest passions are writing biblically and theologically sound materials for laypeople and teaching the Bible in an engaging way. She has taught at Northwestern, North Central, and Bethel in the Minneapolis area.
