⁴ The Lord is in his holy temple;^(B)
    the Lord is on his heavenly throne.^(C)
He observes everyone on earth;^(D)
    his eyes examine^(E) them.
⁵ The Lord examines the righteous,^(F)
    but the wicked, those who love violence,
    he hates with a passion.^(G)
6 On the wicked he will rain
    fiery coals and burning sulfur;^(H)
    a scorching wind^(I) will be their lot.

⁷ For the Lord is righteous,^(J)
    he loves justice;^(K)
    the upright^(L) will see his face.^(M)
